The discount is also available to our esteemed cutomers who wish to buy both our leather jackets and accessories. To avail the FREE shipping discount, the total value of jackets purchased should be above USD $250, exclusive of accessories.
For maximum convenience of our valued customers, we offer a Flat Shipping Rate of USD $ 21.99 for Jacket orders below USD $250.
For orders consisting of only Accessories, we offer a standard shipping rate of $9.99 on orders below USD $100. FREE shipping is available on orders exceeding value of USD $100.
We also offer a hassle-free return policy where we accept FREE Returns without charging any restocking fees to our customers unlike other online retailers which charge up to 10-15% restocking fees. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY SCHEDULE
After thorough and careful quality inspection of your order, it will be shipped using the most efficient, reliable and well known shipping carriers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, SkyNet etc. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched along with details of tracking code or number of your parcel and approximate date of arrival. Note that we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time. Furthermore, we do not ship a single order to multiple addresses.
In an unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the above mentioned time line (except for force majeure conditions), please contact us within 5 business days from the approximate delivery date of your parcel mentioned in our order dispatch email. We will find the status of your order from the shipping company and will update you accordingly. Beyond the timelines stated above, if not notified by the customer, Sputer will not be responsible for any ‘lost package’, and/ or ‘did not receive delivery’.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can log in to your Sputer.com account, select ‘my orders’ and click on ‘view’ link. You can also track the status of your delivery by clicking on the ‘check order status’ link on the home page.
Alternatively, we will also send you a tracking code or number via an email by which you can track your parcel status on the shipping courier company’s official website.
We continuously strive to protect our environment. In our continuous effort to minimize waste and lessen carbon footprint, kindly note that your order may arrive in a recycled shipping box.
If you refuse a shipment for any reason whatsoever from Sputer and/or its affiliates through which your order was shipped, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any custom/import fees that incur on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount. Please review our ‘Returns & Exchange Policy’ for further details.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that all our product prices and your final payment made to Sputer while placing an order are excluding all kinds of custom/import duties and/or clearance fees. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any additional custom duties and/or taxes (if applicable) assessed by your local customs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the final cost.
