If you are not happy with your purchase, we are not happy as well; it is as simple as that! Your 100% satisfaction is extremely important to us and that’s why we are offering you the following hassle-free returns policy.

Note: According to online purchase statistics, majority of the returns are due to ordering a wrong size. This happens because of different sizing standards offered by different brands. You can also contact our expert stylists to clarify any sizing issues at us@sputer.com


In an unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with our product(s), Sputer will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or factory defective merchandise for return or exchange within
21 days from the shipping date (as recorded by the postal service or courier company). Simply follow stated below 3 steps:

  1. Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by either sending an email to us@sputer.com or login to your personal account on Sputer.com website
    (We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without Sputer prior authorization)
  2. We will send you an email with detailed instructions.
  3. Once you follow our provided instructions and after we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will either return, refund or exchange the product(s) as per this policy.

Kindly note that all returned items should be in their original packing & condition with all hang tags and labels attached to it. Any items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for refund nor exchange. We suggest that you send your returns via an insured carrier as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Sputer.com will reimburse you in the same form as the original payment method used on our website. For your refund, you can choose:

  1. Money-Back option: We will process the refund on the credit/debit card which was used for the original purchase. Processing time can vary from 15-30 business days after we receive the item at our facility. Note the ‘special conditions’ mentioned below
  2. We will send you an email with detailed instructions.



  • Any leather product(s) purchased from Sputer.com which is specially customized as per the customer requirement is(are) not refundable nor exchangeable. However, alterations can be made to it after paying very nominal alteration charges (usually $5 – $15) + back & forth shipment cost to our warehouse
  • In order to simplify shipment charges, we offer a flat shipment rate of $21.99. The actual shipment rate in some countries exceeds this value. Therefore, in the event of a full refund request, Sputer will deduct the original shipment charge, additional custom duties/import or export tax charges (if any) and will refund the remaining balance
  • When you use promotional discounts during checkout, the discount is applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion
  • In case of orders which were placed with free shipping promotion or group shipping discounts, original shipping cost would be deducted from the refund
  • Return or refund request due to the wrongly ordered size is only eligible for ‘exchange’. Customer is responsible for shipment charges in this regard
